A Mighty Lass provides access to top-notch speakers from across the country to run interactive workshops and presentations tailored to both girls and moms. Speakers include teen CEOs, social skills educators, inventors, life coaches, nutritionists and other industry experts.

 

Our events address tough issues facing young girls and mothers in today’s society in a fun and open environment. Young girls gain leadership skills, learn strategic communication and holistic living. Interactive workshops include theater and writing as expression, hands on nutrition, art therapy, writing, robotics and STEM.

 

Mothers will be provided with valuable resources to empower their young daughters and themselves as they navigate their way through parenthood.

Girl be Heard
Girl Be Heard is a non-profit theatre company that brings global issues affecting girls center stage by empowering young women to tell their stories. They create cutting-edge, cause-related theatre – inspired, written and performed by girls (12-21) – that is thought-provoking and actionable. GBH has performed at the White House, State Department, United Nations, TED Conferences, off Broadway, and on national tours.
